Hive Mind

The hive mind is an amazing thing. Think about it. Bees communicate discoveries to one another through a series of dances and buzzes, and gather other bees to their side through their unique displays. The side that displays the most exuberance usually sways the rest of the colony towards a decision in their favor. Hive mind. Amazing. So, I am putting this idea to use in a different way. I am trying to write a novel, as I have mentioned before. It's almost all-consuming. Lots of research and plot planning and timelines and deadlines and daydreaming and nightmares and picking up inspiration from every which direction. Inspiration can come from anything, anywhere. I decided to use Facebook as a tool for my benefit rather than a time suck. I asked all my friends (a considerable amount from moving and networking) to comment on my status their favorite names for a girl and a boy. Having a list of potential first names for characters will help. I know a lot of people, and I trust their opinions. Not to mention, names coming from different people in different locations can lead to amazing things! So, here it is the same deal. Ask a friend. Direct them here. I want as many potential names from different backgrounds and nationalities, different social spheres... even made-up names... as possible to draw from. Let's use the power of the hive mind and make some magic!
